European portfolio & brand launch
Nebianax

Working with Zambon to build the strategy for the Cystic Fibrosis Franchise and to plan the European launch of two of their key brands. Zambon’s acquisition with Profile Pharma presented exciting opportunities with a new product pipeline added to an already growing portfolio of products for the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis.

As the leading agency our role was to develop the portfolio whilst also building the EU launch plans for Nebianax and another brand estimated to launch later this year.

To achieve this we worked along side our client to develop a strong future-facing portfolio positioning that allowed us to identify how Nebianax and other future products can own their rightful place within the portfolio whilst also launching as successful and stand alone brands.
